Are your skincare products suitable for all skin types?

Yes, our skincare products are formulated to suit all skin types including Dry, Oily, Combination,  Problematic, Mature and Sensitive Skin.

We understand that everyone's skin is unique, So we strive to create products that can be enjoyed by individuals with diffrent skin concerns.

Are your skincare products tested on animals ?

NO, we are proud to be a Cruelty-Free Brand.  We do not test any of our skincare or beauty products on animals, and we ensure that our suppliers and manufacturers follow the same ethical standards.

Can i use your skincare products if i have allergies or sensitivities?

While our products are formulated with gentle ingredients, its essential to consider your personal allergies and sensitivities.

We recommend checking the list of ingredients on our product  lables or consulting with a dermatologist to determine if our products are suitable for you.

How long does it take to see results from using your skincare products?

The timeline for seeing results can vary depending on the indivual and the specefic product being used.

Some people may notice improvements in there skin's appearance and texture within a few weeks, while others may take longer. Consistency is key, and we recommend following the recommended usage instructions for optimal results.

Are your skincare products free from harmful chemicals?

Absolutely! We prioritze the use of clean, safe ingredients in our skincare products. We strive to exclude harmful chemicals such as parabens, sulfates, phthalates and artificial fragrances.

Can I use your skincare products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding ?

 We always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before introducing any new skincare products into your routine during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. They will be able to provide personalized advice based on your specific suituation.

We do not recommend Retinol Or Vitamin A Serum  while Pregnancy or breastfeeding,  Consult with your health professional

Are the skincare and beauty products sustainable and environmentally friendly?

Our skincare and beauty products are designed with sustainabilty and environmental friendliness in mind.

Yes,  Our beauty and cosmetics  products are vegan  paraben free , No toxins Just clean beauty

Do You Have A Click And Collect Service?

Yes,  when you see the pick up service is on! ONLY Certain products will only have this option.

We as a eco-conscious skincare brand, we constanly looking for innovative ways to reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices. With this in mind, we like to offer our customers the option of picking up their orders at Eco Soul Collective Store in Belgrave.

How it works:

1/ Visit our online retail store www.alchemybotanicalskincare.com

2/ Browse through our range of natural and botanical skincare products.

3/ Select the iteams you wish to purchase 

4/ During the checkout process, choose the CLICK & COLLECET 'option 

5/ Once your order is ready for pick- up, we'll notify you via email.

6/ Visit the Belgrave pick -up location during the designated hours

7/ Present your order confrimation and ID for verication

8/ Our friendly staff will hand over your order, ensuring a safe and contactless experience.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@alchemybotanicalskincaare.com

Just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock,

Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

I Need to Change My Order

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it.

we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. 

Please Note : Once your order has been fulfilled we are unable to make changes.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within  Australia  will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method.

Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. International may take up to 14 -20 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Unfortunatley, due to Covid-19 there are significant changes to the Australian post delivery schedule including international orders.

Rest assured, Australian Post are delivering as quickly and safely as they can, but some deliveries may take a little longer than usual.

We do ask for your patience during these unprecedented times.

Please note Some of our beauty and skincare products are manufactured  and distrubuted from USA & Canada  shipping may take 14-20 days to Australia

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered.

Please refer to this delivery cost table  to check the postage fees for different destination countries. May have extra shipping charge in accordance with weight

If your order value is more than $100 we provide free shipping within Australia Wide.

The Shipping cost will be added at check out.

Please Note: Alchemy  Botanical Skincare  is not responsible for any duites or taxes payable as part of international delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Can I track my order?

Yes, We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order from the moment you place it through, to despatch and delivery.

In your delivery confirmation emails you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us within, 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged

unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately once open we, cannot exchange

beauty and skincare for hyienic reasons.  Beauty devices that are faulty can be exchanded within 30 days of purchase.

How do I return an item?

Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email.

You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

What do I do if I lose my return note?

We send return notes by email, so if you can locate the email we sent you, simply print off a new one. 

If you can’t find this email, please get in touch and ask for it to be resent to you.

My order was damaged in transit. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, We use protective packaging and reputabe shipping companies to limit delivery damage as much as possible. Although transit damage is rare, it can sometimes occur.

If you recieved a package that you deem damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with photos and details of the damage. Once we received these, we will organise for replacement stock to be sent to you.

Please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via email: info@alchemybotanicalskincare.com with the details.

 

Please Note : Damaged stock will not be replaced if photos are not provided

 

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item.

Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email.

We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Do you offer e- Gift Cards ?

Yes, 

These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number.

Can I Combine Discount Codes on My Order?

No sorry, only one discount codes can be applied at a time.

Discount codes cannot be combined with sales that are live on our website at the time of checkout.
