All orders placed before 2PM AEST excluding public holidays and weekends will despatch the day you order.
Order placed on weekends and public holidays will be despatched the next business day.
If you choose Click & Collect option ' You will need to be located in North East MELB. When you place the order for pick up you'll receive an order confirmation. When the order has been processed and packed, you will be sent an email advising that your order is ready and where you can collect it from.
What if we are not home to receive goods?
The courier will leave a calling card and you will have approximately 10 days to collect your parcel from the post office branch.
